Pricing
Pilot-first pricing, agreed in writing before you onboard.
Three plan concepts. Per-door pricing with a portfolio minimum; metered services passed through transparently. Final commercial terms are agreed per operator — where a number is not yet approved for publication, the page says “talk to us” instead of inventing one.
Plans
Pilot
Structured onboarding for operators with 25–2,500 units. Everything in the platform, configured with you.
- All modules, configured to your portfolio
- Assisted CSV import and staff enablement
- Weekly feedback sessions with the product team
- Pilot pricing carries into Growth
- Direct support channel
Growth
The same platform in production, with the operating rhythm and integrations you settled on in the pilot.
- Per-door pricing with volume tiers
- API access and webhooks
- Owner, resident and vendor portals
- Standard reports, exports and the accounting close
- Email support with response targets
Enterprise
For operators with many entities, affordable-housing programs or specific security and procurement requirements.
- Multi-entity setup and portfolio scoping
- Affordable-housing configuration and reporting
- Security review, DPA and custom terms
- Dedicated onboarding and migration plan

Plan names describe the relationship stage, not a feature gate. The platform’s modules are the same in every plan; what changes is scale, terms and support.
Metered services
Optional services billed by use
Each of these depends on a provider you configure or contract. They are optional, itemised, and never a prerequisite for using the platform.
| Service | What it is | How it is billed | Depends on |
|---|---|---|---|
| Screening | Credit, criminal, eviction and full checks per applicant | Per report, at the CRA’s rate; payer chosen per order | Your contract with a consumer reporting agency |
| Payments | Card and ACH rent payments through Stripe Checkout; autopay | Stripe’s processing fees on your Stripe account; no ResidentAxis mark-up | Your Stripe account and keys |
| E-signature | Native envelopes with audit certificate | Included in the platform; identity-verification add-on priced per check when a provider is configured | Optional IDV provider |
| Storage | Documents, photos, generated PDFs | Included allowance per door; overage per GB | Local disk or S3-compatible storage |
| Messaging | Email, SMS and push delivery | Email included; SMS at carrier / provider cost; push at no charge once configured | SMTP, SMS provider, FCM / APNs |
| Premium integrations | AI assistant (approval-gated), additional provider adapters | Per usage at provider cost, or per month by agreement | The provider you configure |
Comparison
What you get, by outcome
We compare outcomes an operator can verify, not feature counts. Competitor rows are deliberately absent: their capabilities change, and we would rather you check them yourself.

Pricing questions
Why is there no price on the page?
Because the pricing model is being finalised with pilot customers and we would rather publish a number we will keep than one we will revise. Pilot pricing is agreed in writing before onboarding starts, and it carries into the growth plan.
What does a pilot cost?
Pilots are priced per door per month with a portfolio minimum, agreed in the pilot agreement. Metered services (screening, payment processing, e-signature, storage, messaging) are passed through at provider cost or a published rate.
Are there setup fees?
Pilot onboarding — discovery, portfolio setup, assisted data import and staff enablement — is included in the pilot. Larger migrations may be scoped separately and quoted before work starts.
Who pays for screening and payment processing?
Screening is ordered per applicant through a CRA you contract; the payer (applicant, owner or management company) is chosen per order. Card and ACH processing fees are Stripe’s and are charged on your Stripe account.
Can we cancel?
Pilot agreements have a defined term (typically 60–90 days) with no obligation to continue. Ongoing plans are month-to-month or annual by agreement; your data is exportable through the API and CSV at any time.
