Accessibility statement

What is in place on this website

• Semantic landmarks, a skip link, one H1 per page and a logical heading order.
• Keyboard access for every interactive element, visible focus indicators, and an escape key that closes the mobile menu.
• Text contrast that meets AA on all body and control text; the burnt-orange accent is used on dark or with dark text only.
• Forms with programmatic labels, inline error messages announced to assistive technology, and no time limits.
• Illustrative product panels carry text alternatives; decorative icons are hidden from assistive technology.
• Reduced-motion preferences are respected; the site works without JavaScript.
• Responsive layouts from 320px with 44px touch targets and no horizontal scrolling.

In the product

The application uses the same design tokens with validated contrast in light and dark modes, keyboard-navigable tables and boards, and a command palette. A formal audit against WCAG 2.2 AA is planned; known gaps are tracked and prioritised.

Known limitations

• Generated PDF documents (receipts, statements, letters) are structured text but have not yet been tagged for full PDF/UA conformance.
• The drag-and-drop maintenance board has a keyboard alternative (status controls on each card), but the drag interaction itself is not keyboard-operable.
• Some third-party flows (payment checkout, identity verification) are provided by their vendors and follow their accessibility statements.
